Working in small agile teams is normal nowadays, what's next level? Working in 60+ teams! I've successfully managed my teams in more than 20 planning iterations, each looking at 10 to 12 weeks of work, with all the dependencies and intricacies.

Years of experience
My first digital product was a datalogger back when there were no sensors in smartphones and smart watches hadn't appeared yet. From logging NMEA strings on a microcontroller while writing to SD, to complex state management on distributed architectures, my experience has taught me that technology is always evolving, but the fundamentals of building reliable solutions and collaborating across disciplines remain constant.
